All tentative bookings are accepted where as confirmations are not considered to be firm unless we receive an advance payment of 30%. After the receivable of deposit amount we make effective arrangements in all the respected places such as Hotel, Air tickets, surface transportation, Permit etc.

Final payment should be settled upon arrival at Kathmandu. We accept Cash, Travelers Cheque & Major Credit Card.
