Chitwan(Chepang Village)

The main attraction of the trail is the Praja an their culture. Prajas, also called Chepangs, are of the poorest ethnic group of Nepal.Their culture is unite in so far that even other ethnic groups of Nepal are still unaware of it. The trip to the Praja trail was the first time that Praja had the chance to expose their culture. Beside Praja culture. one can get glimpse of Giri and Magar culture in the area.
This new route developed as a new trekking destination has some of the interesting feature for tourism promotion. The 2-3 days trek start from Hugdi and Dhading district, goes through Hattiban, Siraichuli, Upperdang and finally ends at Shaktikhor. In addition, the possibility of connecting this route with the safari in Chitwan also exists.
