Restricted/ Remote Area Trekking
There are many areas in Nepal that are restricted to enter. Initially, Government of Nepal declared some areas of Nepal to be restricted areas in order to protect the culture, civilization and traditions of Nepalese people. Moreover, few mountains for instance, Fish tail Mountain is prohibited for climbing as it is considered as one of the holy mountain of Nepal. Additionally, some areas are declared restricted in order to keep the habitats of flora and fauna from bein changed.
To enter these restricted areas you will need to obtain a special permits. Moreover, some place may demand a well planned trekking before actually entering this area. Special preparation means to have the knowledge about the place of visit, its culture and its climate. These places do not have hotels and tea house on the way and thus the only alternative is camping based trekking.
